香鲸馆位于南通市如东县洋口港，规划用地约3.7万㎡，展馆主体是以展示部分海洋生态系统、洋口港历史和党建历史为主要功能的大型展馆。外观设计以鲸尾为原型，借鉴鲸鱼跃出海面的流线，兼具艺术性与功能性。

地块呈大三角形，地理位置独特，场地内地形平坦，东北临香鲸湖，环境优美，具有良好景观视野。设计试图在城市和海湾之间创造出一种熟悉又陌生的“时空错位”，如同大地艺术，让每个人都可以参与其中，远离城市现实。

The plot is a large triangle with a unique geographical position, with a flat terrain and a beautiful environment near the Sperm Whale Lake in the northeast, with a good view of the landscape. The design attempts to create a familiar and strange "dislocation" between the city and the bay, like land art, that everyone can participate in, away from the reality of the city.

Sperm Whale Pavilion is located in Yangkou Port, Rudong County, Nantong City, with a planning area of about 37,000 square meters. The main body of the exhibition hall is a large exhibition hall with the main function of displaying part of the Marine ecosystem, the history of Yangkou Port and the history of Party building. The design takes the tail of a whale as the prototype, and draws on the streamline of the whale leaping out of the sea, which is both artistic and functional.
